Refund Policy

7.1 General Refunds

RENDERR LTD operates on a subscription basis. Because users receive immediate access to digital services, features, rendering capacity and AI processing upon payment, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

However, certain circumstances may allow for a refund at our discretion or when required by law.


7.2 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in a region where consumer cooling-off rights apply (such as the UK or EU), you have the right to cancel this Agreement and request a refund within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day following completion of the transaction.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us written notice of your intention to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

Please note

For digital services that begin immediately (such as access to RENDERR LTD’s editing tools, AI processing, or render minutes), we may deduct the value of any service already consumed prior to cancellation, as permitted by law.


7.3 Eligibility for Refunds Outside the 14-Day Period

You may be eligible for a refund if

• You were charged in error

• You were charged after cancelling your subscription

• You experienced a verified system failure preventing access to the platform

• A technical issue on our side prevented you from using the service despite reasonable troubleshooting

Refunds will not be issued for

• Change of mind

• Unused subscription time

• Failure to cancel before renewal

• Running out of render minutes or credits

• User-side issues such as hardware limitations or unsupported file formats


7.4 Render Minutes and Add-on Credits

Add-on purchases such as render minutes, storage packs or team seats are non-refundable once used or partially used.

Unused credits may be refunded only in cases of

• Duplicate purchase

• System error

• Failure of delivery by our systems


7.5 How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted through our in-app support chat or by contacting our support email.

Please provide

• your account email

• the transaction ID

• the reason for your request (or a statement indicating you are exercising your 14-day cancellation right)

We aim to process refund evaluations within 3 to 5 business days.


7.6 Outcome of Refund Requests

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary based on your payment provider.

RENDERR LTD reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
