1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RENDERR LTD, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

RENDERR LTD grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service. This license is for your personal or commercial use of creating and editing video content.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the video content you upload. By uploading content, you grant RENDERR LTD a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights

• Use the service for illegal purposes

• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service

• Share your account credentials with others

• Upload malicious content or viruses

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy

7.1 General Refunds

RENDERR LTD operates on a subscription basis. Because users receive immediate access to the platform, features, rendering capacity and AI processing upon payment, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

However, we understand situations can occur where a refund may be appropriate. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7.2 Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if
• You were charged in error
• You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service despite reasonable troubleshooting
• You were mistakenly charged after cancelling your subscription
• You were unable to access the platform due to a verified system failure on our end

Refunds will not be issued for
• Change of mind
• Unused time on your subscription
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Issues caused by user error, insufficient hardware, or unsupported file types
• Exhaustion of render minutes or usage credits

7.3 Render Minutes and Add-on Credits

Add-on purchases such as render minutes, storage packs or team seats are non-refundable once used or partially used.

Unused credits may be refunded only in cases of
• Duplicate purchase
• System error
• Failure of delivery by our platform

7.4 How to Request a Refund

Users must submit refund requests within 7 days of the charge by contacting our support team through the in-app support chat or by emailing our support address.

Please include
• your account email
• the transaction ID
• a brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 3 to 5 business days.

7.5 Outcome of Refund Requests

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund processing times vary by payment provider.

RENDERR LTD reserves the right to decline refund requests if they do not meet the requirements of this policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

RENDERR LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
